How Omega-3 Supports Sexual Health

The best plant source of omega-3 (ALA form). 4-5 walnuts daily provides meaningful omega-3 alongside zinc and magnesium.
Flaxseeds (Alsi)
Exceptionally high omega-3. 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed in yogurt or smoothie daily. Available cheaply at most dry goods shops in Pakistan.
Fish Oil Supplement
1000-2000mg EPA+DHA daily. Available at pharmacies and Daraz. Ensure quality — enteric-coated to prevent fish burps. Brands: Nutrifactor, HealthAid.
