All users must confirm they are 18+ at registration. Zinaaa may require additional age verification for accounts flagged by the moderation system. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

Content Standards

Zinaaa permits adult content between consenting adults on the platform. Non-consensual content, content involving minors, and content designed to harass or blackmail are strictly prohibited and result in immediate permanent ban plus FIA referral.

PECA 2016 Compliance

Zinaaa operates in full compliance with Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA). This includes:

• Section 17 — Unauthorized access reporting
• Section 20 — Offences against dignity prevention
• Section 21 — Non-consensual intimate image sharing prohibition
• Section 24 — Cyber harassment prevention and reporting
• Section 25 — Identity spoofing detection and reporting

User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older
• All interactions must be between consenting adults
• You may not share intimate content of others without their consent
• You may not use the platform to blackmail, harass, or extort
• You may not create fake profiles or impersonate real individuals
• You may not solicit or share content involving minors under any circumstances

Reporting

Zinaaa cooperates fully with FIA Cybercrime Wing and other law enforcement agencies. We report all credible threats, non-consensual content, and minor-related violations immediately.

Governing Law
