By using zinaaa, you agree to these terms with Lone Star Agency Ltd ("zinaaa", "we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.
zinaaa is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. We verify this and reserve the right to terminate accounts where age misrepresentation is suspected. Falsifying your age is a material breach of these terms.
You are responsible for your account. Keep your login secure. You may not create accounts for others, create multiple accounts, or use automated tools to interact with the service. One account per person.
Profile content must be genuine, accurate, and yours. You must be the person in your photos. You may not post content that is: illegal, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, impersonating another person, or violating another person's rights.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time in Settings before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial periods, except where required by law. All prices include applicable VAT.
You own your content. By posting it on zinaaa, you grant us a licence to display it within the service. We do not claim ownership of your photos or messages. We do not use your content for advertising without explicit consent.
We may terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
zinaaa is provided as-is. We are not liable for the actions of other users. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service beyond the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
